The awards below all share the following requirements:
- Individual and Team Agent Production as identified and reported by Smart MLS will be automatically created and published in the quarterly Circle of Excellence, EXCEPT:
- Closed transactions outside of Windham or New London County. If production that occurred outside these two counties is needed to prove that you are in the top 5%, then you must you must fill out an application and provide an Agent Production & Inventory report. If you met the requirement within these two counties, then you will automatically be recognized and do not need to apply.
- Teams that are not recognized by DCP and Smart MLS are not eligible for the Team Award.
- Application & reports can be emailed, mailed or delivered to ECAR. Faxed submissions will not be accepted. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Applications must be received no later than the 15th of the following quarter.
- Applicants/Awardees must be an ECAR member in good standing.
- The Designated REALTOR® may be asked to verify information.
- Only MLS reported sales may be included. Rentals cannot be used.
- Applicants must indicate if they are applying as an individual or team (see definitions below).
- Individual: A real estate licensee acting alone.
- Team: A group of two or more Connecticut licensed real estate brokers or real estate salespersons affiliated with the name sponsoring real estate broker and engage in advertising as a group using a team name.

2023 Requirements
A minimum of 6 closed transaction sides per quarter, 24 per year or $10M in volume is required in 2023. If you had transactions outside of New London & Windham Counties, you must complete the appropriate application and provide a copy of your “Agent/Inventory Production Report”.
