Omniforms Omniform forms are now available to ECAR members for FREE! The files are available in two versions, html and exe. An html file is a web page. When an Omniform html file is clicked on, you will be prompted to run the Omniform program. Once the form is open, you can save it to your hard drive as a blank form, or you can fill in the form and use the Save As command to save it. The exe file is the Omniform form. To save these to your hard drive, right click on the file name and select Save Target As Completed forms can be emailed using the Send command from the File menu.
