Becoming an Affiliate Member demonstrates your commitment to the REALTOR® movement to over 1,000 ECAR members.
You are eligible for Affiliate Membership
if you conduct business in a field related to real estate, do not hold an active real estate license, and are in sympathy with the objectives of the Association.

1. Market Your Business
Free inclusion on ECAR's website (www.easternctrealtors.com) in the Affiliate roster section.
Target your market with banner ads on ECAR's website that reach over 70,000 per month.
Network with more than 1,400 brokers and agents and their clients.
Enhance your company's image by including the approved ECAR Affiliate logo on your marketing materials.
Offer discounts to members through the ECAR Member Benefits Program. Take advantage of benefits offered by others.
FREE emails, membership rosters, membership mailing labels by zip code or a total list as needed.
2. Network with ECAR Members
Qualified affiliates are given preference as speakers and instructors for educational programs.
Participate in the ECAR Speaker's Bureau which provides you with the opportunity to make presentations at member office staff meetings.
Opportunity to participate on selected ECAR Committees.
Attend Association events, trade shows, marketing sessions, etc.
Community involvement through fundraising events to benefit non-profit organizations.

2011 Dues
Affiliate member dues are either $350.00 per year or $195.00 per year, depending on whether you join the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, and are prorated monthly. Call John Bolduc, Chief Executive Officer, at 860-892-2595 or email him for the current dues amount or if you have any questions regarding the benefits of membership.
